Since 2004, Sign Solutions has been a CACDP/Signature Accredited Level 4 Assessment Centre, committed to delivering high quality training and assessment. We are recognised as one of the principal BSL/English Interpreter training and assessment centres in the UK. This is further underpinned by our ISO 9001 accreditation. We have four in-house ISO trained Internal Auditors responsible for ensuring that quality is maintained to the highest of standards.

Sign Solutions’ training department is the proud holder of the very prestigious National Training Awards, Midlands ‘Provider of Education & Training, 2008/9’. These awards are the premier accolade for training in the UK, recognising best practice in providing and developing training, with the aim of celebrating outstanding business and personal success through investment in training. Our Head of Training & Assessment Operations, Sylvia Simmonds, is a Deaf tutor and trainer (PGCE distinction), as well as being a very experienced Deaf Advocate, Deaf Relay, Youth & Community Education tutor and BSL and Deaf studies tutor.
